The Mean Green Formula is a potion that was crafted by Madame Cronk with the purpose of strengthening Mr. Bogardt for the battle against Hulk Hogan in the Hogan Halloween Horror series.

The potion was brewed in a cauldron, with the various corpses of the deceased Mugger Monsters acting as primary ingredients in giving the formula its empowering effect. The Mean Green Formula was also enchanted with magic.
Usage[]
When ingested, the drinker is granted an immense boost of power. This is due to the potion's composition, which fills the subject with the power of all deceased Mugger Monsters combined. It is assumed only the physically strong can handle the boost, as Mr. Bogardt nearly exploded with power after spraying himself with it. The power seems to manifest itself as a flaming aura.
